Therapeutic massage uses medium to light pressure to alleviate pain and stress.
Relaxation Massage
Relaxation massage uses light pressure to alleviate stress and reduce tension.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage uses heavy to medium pressure to provide relief for very tight and thick muscles. This is generally too much pressure for a first massage.
60 minutes is enough time for a quick full body treatment or a more focused upper body treatment.
All massages are personalized to your specific needs and include use of relaxing hot towels.
